Around 5:30, on Saturday the 1st of November my family and I were struck by an out of control semi-truck driver pulling triples. His 3rd trailer struck the left side of our motor home (our bedroom wall) while my precious son Alex was Watching a movie on the TV that is in that room. Something told him to get on the floor between our bed and another interior wall. He could have been thrown from our motor home thru the hole that the trailer left in our wall but God protected him and our entire family. I am amazed that we all walked away unharmed...though shaken. We ping ponged back and forth...striking the guard rail and the semi-truck several times. When we finally stopped and discovered everyone was alright our hearts filled with gratitude to God for his loving kindness and mercy. As My husband and I held our barefoot children in the rain on the side of the highway I repeatedly said..."Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you " for all I loved best in the world was safe...everything else is just stuff.
